TalentBridge is a six-person retained search firm for engineering hires. We were founded in 2018 by two engineers who had been on the receiving end of bad agency work — both as hiring managers and as candidates — and decided to build the kind of firm they wished had existed when they were running platform teams. We are based on Skoufa Street in Kolonaki, Athens, and we work with scaleups across Greece, Cyprus, and the EU-remote market. We do not place sales reps. We do not place marketers. We do not run volume hiring. We close around 60–80 retained searches a year, and we have never raised outside investment.
